Cant install Ruby Gems...

i have installed almost all the dependency gems. I have installed DevKit as well. But the Watir3.0.0.gem is not getting installed. I Get the error as in the screenshot.Please help me...
I have installed Ruby1.9.3.

There is an issue with DevKit and your ruby installation. You should contact Luis.

Hello,
Was unable to log here to respond.
The issue is FFI 1.0.11, you need to install the pre-release version instead:
gem install ffi --pre
Then you can install Watir.
