Marshal.4.8.Z hasn't been updated since 2011 and Marshal.4.8 hasn't been updated since 2010. Is this intentional?

I need a cheap way to find gems which have been updated in the previous time interval T. I would like to use this as a backup to the webhooks API. I could parse the XML of http://production.s3.rubygems.org/, but there is no guarantee that your going to continue to use S3 in the future, or that you'll continue to allow directory listing.

Sorry, this comment was buried in our spam inbox.

We don't have a good API for this right now...I'd love contributions or help with this.
