Marshal.4.8.Z hasn't been updated since 2011 and Marshal.4.8
hasn't been updated since 2010. Is this intentional?
I need a cheap way to find gems which have been updated in the
previous time interval T. I would like to use this as a backup to
the webhooks API. I could parse the XML of http://production.s3.rubygems.org/,
but there is no guarantee that your going to continue to use S3 in
the future, or that you'll continue to allow directory listing.

We don't have a good API for this right now...I'd love
contributions or help with this.
