Particular gem on particular CloudFront domain name

I'm getting 403 Forbidden errors on a few select gems:

  • trinidad_jars-1.0.2.gem
  • trinidad_jars-1.0.3.gem

(I haven't tried others too extensively, but the rest of my Gemfile is accessible just fine)

I've determined that I only see this issue at work, where resolves to, but if I log in to any of a few remote servers (which resolve the URL to the host), it works fine.

In the interest of full disclosure, I'm on a corporate network. That said, I'm on the DMZ'ed wireless network, using custom DNS servers (Google's and Level3). I can't say for certain that there isn't some strange rewrite that's happening to do some caching, etc, but if you could help I'd really appreciate it.

I also see this when I am pointed to the domain name.

After further research, I determined that a HEAD request to the problematic edge servers results in a 200 OK response, but a GET causes a 403 after approximately a 30-second delay.

    Hey Nick,

Sorry for the delay. I was only just now able to test this out again, as I'm not in that office regularly anymore. I couldn't reproduce this problem again, so I'd say it's probably remedied itself.
