sunshine gem release

Hi, I've been working on a rack application deployment gem called sunshine for my company for the last four months. I'm finally ready to release it publicly but there's apparently already a "sunshine" gem that's empty and has had no updates for over two weeks. I've tried contacting the owner on march 19th but haven't received a reply so far. Is there anything that can be done so I can get this gem released? Thanks!

    When I fetch the gem and look inside, there's nothing but some default stuff and an empty file in lib:

    $ ll lib total 0
    drwxr-xr-x 3 drbrain staff 102 Mar 22 11:19 ./
    drwxr-xr-x 8 drbrain staff 272 Mar 22 11:19 ../
    -rw-r--r-- 1 drbrain staff 0 Mar 22 11:19 sunshine.rb

    Seems abandoned from the start.

    Gustin, are you ok with revoking ownership of this gem so it can be used?

    Hi 'yaksnrainbows',

    If you are Jeremie I received your email on Saturday sorry I wasn't able to respond earlier.
 I dont' mind releasing the name. I do have a project ready to release open source and was keeping the name for that time, but I have an alternative name that I think I like better. 
 I'll let go of it sometime today and let you know.

    The gem is yanked, nick you can perm delete it if you want.
